Editorial Policy
This page explains how articles on EasyDigiPro are produced and kept accurate. If you think we have fallen short of it, please tell us.
What we publish
We publish how-to guides, explanations, comparisons and troubleshooting articles about consumer technology, online tools and AI. Every article should answer a specific question a real person would ask, and should be useful even to a reader who never uses one of our tools.
How articles are researched
- We rely on primary sources where they exist: official documentation, standards, and the settings screens of the software itself.
- Steps and menu names are checked against the product they describe. Where steps differ between versions or devices, we say so.
- We do not publish statistics we cannot trace to a source, and we do not invent test results, user numbers or quotations.
Use of AI assistance
We use AI writing tools to help with research outlines and first drafts. A person reviews each article before it is published, checks the instructions and facts, and is responsible for the result. AI-assisted drafting is never a substitute for that review.
Review before publication
Before an article goes live we check that it answers the question in its title, that its instructions can be followed in order, that claims are supported, and that it does not duplicate another article on the site.
Corrections and updates
Software changes, and guides go out of date. When we make a meaningful change to an article, its “Updated” date changes. If we find or are told about a factual error, we correct it promptly. To report one, send the page address and the problem to abubakarzahid2005@gmail.com.
Independence, advertising and affiliate links
Advertising is kept visually separate from content and labelled. Advertisers have no say over what we write. Where an article contains affiliate links, that is disclosed, and a product is never recommended because of a commission. We do not accept payment for favourable coverage.
Reviews and comparisons
When we compare products, we state what the comparison is based on. We do not present second-hand information as hands-on testing, and we do not publish invented ratings or testimonials.
Not professional advice
Our articles are general information. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional security advice. See the disclaimer for details.
