Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EasyDigiPro (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit https://www.easydigipro.com/, why, and what choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
The short version
- Files and text you put into our tools are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our server.
- You can use the site without an account.
- We receive personal data only if you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter, plus standard technical logs.
- If analytics or advertising are active, Google may set cookies, as described below.
Information you give us
Contact form
When you send a message we store your name, email address, subject and message so that we can reply. We also store a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address to limit spam. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our records, and are then deleted.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you consented. We use it only to send updates about new tools and articles. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Information collected automatically
Online tools
The tools run on your device. We do not receive the images, PDFs, passwords, text or other content you process with them. When a tool is used, the page sends an anonymous signal containing only the tool’s name so that we can count which tools are popular. It contains no content and no identifier.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted according to the hosting provider’s retention schedule.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your answer to the analytics notice. Site administrators receive a login cookie.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages and tools are used. Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the notice shown on the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Advertising
We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. When ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many vendors’ personalised ads at aboutads.info.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent message before personalised ads are shown.
More detail is available in Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Other third parties
We use a web hosting provider to run the site and an email provider to send and receive messages; they process data on our behalf. Articles may link to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept only as long as necessary to respond and maintain reasonable records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrator passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to stored messages is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email abubakarzahid2005@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
