Which barcode type do I need?

When printing, keep the white margin on both sides, print dark bars on a light background and test with a scanner or phone before producing labels in quantity.
Questions about the Barcode Generator
Can I invent my own EAN or UPC number?
For your own internal use, yes. For products sold through retailers, the number must come from GS1, which assigns company prefixes.
PNG or SVG?
SVG stays sharp at any size and is best for print. PNG is easier to paste into documents and label software.
